Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering a multi-line phone system professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with data entry tasks and database management to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for management.
- Order and restock office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
