Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle basic data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace remains organized and functional.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a related administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must be available to work full-time hours.
