Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming communications, including email, mail, and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records, filing systems, and databases.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
