Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed (40+ WPM).
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen them, and take accurate messages.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Support the administrative team with general clerical duties and special projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 35-40 words per minute.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
