Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
- Respond to email inquiries and support other administrative staff as needed.
- Learn and utilize our CRM software to update client information and track interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
