Responsibilities

- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, including mail processing and email triage
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with precision
- Assist with onboarding new hires and prepare orientation materials
- Support department heads with ad-hoc administrative projects and data analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree or equivalent vocational certification in administrative studies
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.5%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
