- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) with professionalism
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document accuracy
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions onboarding, benefits administration, and event coordination
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
