Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding processes and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone/email
- Support departmental projects by compiling data and generating analytical reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99.5% accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
