Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify data into various digital databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including answering phones, responding to emails, and routing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick information retrieval.
- Prepare and proofread documents, invoices, and reports to ensure high-quality standards.
- Assist with inventory tracking, office supply management, and basic accounting tasks.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and data analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred).
