- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, document formatting, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, book calendars, and prepare meeting materials and agendas for executive meetings.
- Vendor Relations: Order and restock office supplies, manage vendor contracts, and handle basic accounts payable tasks.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external clients, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
