Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors with a professional demeanor; answer and screen phone calls promptly.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including drafting and distributing memos, letters, and emails.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage calendars for team members.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, including catering and logistics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a general administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
