Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail handling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for executive staff
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Assist with new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces and orientation materials
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Support bookkeeping functions including expense reports, invoice processing, and data entry

Qualifications
