Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and greet visitors with professional etiquette during night hours
- Perform accurate data entry of client information, schedules, and correspondence
- Coordinate internal communications across departments during overnight shifts
- Maintain digital filing systems and document management protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and overnight deliveries
- Assist with basic office equipment troubleshooting and supply inventory
- Prepare daily activity reports and shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with proven accuracy (60+ WPM preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
