Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, verifying identification and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, including screening calls and taking accurate messages.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure facility safety and security protocols are followed.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Coordinate with on-call management and security personnel for emergencies or after-hours requests.
- Maintain the lobby area and common spaces to ensure a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, switchboard operator, or front desk assistant.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
