Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and incoming deliveries.
- Answer and screen all incoming phone calls professionally, transferring messages to the appropriate day-shift management or staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and overnight courier deliveries with accuracy and security.
- Perform essential data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records.
- Monitor building access, security systems, and entry logs to ensure a safe workplace for all night staff.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as expense reports, schedule management, and inventory checks.
- Collaborate with the day shift supervisor to ensure a seamless transition of information and daily task completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
