Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during evening and night hours, greeting visitors and vendors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Monitor building security systems, including access control and surveillance cameras, to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous organization and logging.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and generating daily shift reports.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area throughout the shift.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency calls and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
