- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Process registration forms and insurance documentation
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with security and emergency services as needed
- Prepare daily reports and update electronic health records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced medical environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
