Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and employees with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, logging them into the tracking system accurately.
- Monitor building security systems and perform routine access control checks to ensure safety protocols are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting lounge, and common spaces.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing daily reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or switchboard operator is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during quiet hours.
