Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional and welcoming tone; route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, vendors, and employees upon arrival; manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue badges.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, filing, and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and visitors.
- Schedule Management: Assist in managing the front desk calendar and coordinate room bookings for internal meetings.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
