Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume phone systems and triage calls during evening hours
- Coordinate patient check-ins using EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Process insurance verifications and collect co-pays efficiently
- Maintain immaculate front-desk appearance and supply inventory
- Coordinate with security teams for after-hours facility access
- Handle emergency protocols and crisis communication
- Prepare daily reports for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' front-desk/reception experience
- Proficient in medical office software (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (required for errands)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance
