Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and triage emergency communications
- Greet and register patients with warm professionalism during evening hours
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems

- Process insurance verification and billing documentation
- Ensure lobby areas are secure and welcoming overnight

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
