Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming calls, patient inquiries, and visitor check-ins during evening shifts
- Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule urgent appointments and triage patient needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Oversee facility security protocols during overnight hours, including access control and surveillance monitoring
- Prepare daily reports and ensure seamless transition of information to day shift staff
- Assist with administrative tasks including billing support and documentation processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk or receptionist role
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism
- Proficiency in medical software (EHR systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/English preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- CPR certification and basic first-aid knowledge
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
