Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts using resort management software
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and communications
- Coordinate security protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Collaborate with night audit and security teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Nevada Gaming Card or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards
