Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations from 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring seamless check-ins/check-outs for international and domestic guests
- Handle emergency protocols and security incidents with calm professionalism
- Maintain accurate guest records using Opera property management system
- Coordinate with overnight staff (housekeeping, security) to resolve guest requests
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance nightly financial transactions
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in lobby aesthetics
- Act as primary point of contact for late-night inquiries and VIP arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
