Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with security/management teams
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure property security protocols are maintained
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate transportation services and arrange wake-up calls for early departures
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, guest requests, and operational activities
- Perform nightly audits and prepare comprehensive shift handover reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/reception or customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/Chinese preferred)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record for shuttle duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation networks
