We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Night Shift Office Assistant to join our growing team in New York City. Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming emails, voicemails, and phone inquiries during the night shift.
- Perform accurate data entry, file organization, and document archiving.
- Monitor building security systems, conduct nightly walkthroughs, and ensure the facility is secure.
- Prepare overnight logs and morning briefings for the day shift team.
- Maintain inventory levels for office supplies and refreshments.
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or office support role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
