As the Night Shift Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our evening operations, ensuring accuracy in data management and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Process high volumes of invoices, purchase orders, and employee records into our internal database with 99% accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming communications, answer phones, and distribute mail during evening hours.
- Document Management: File physical and digital documents, ensuring proper categorization and retrieval.
- Inventory Control: Assist with nightly stock counts and inventory tracking for office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule Coordination: Update shift schedules and coordinate with morning teams to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (evening hours) consistently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
