Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Process invoices, orders, and records into our databases with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Record Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Night Operations: Oversee basic security and facility checks during your shift to ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Generate daily or weekly reports summarizing data entry tasks and office activities.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock checks and inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
- Communication: Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over important documents and updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry or office administration (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type accurately at 45+ WPM.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
