Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and employee data into our central database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Night Shift Operations: Manage office logistics during non-business hours, including monitoring security systems, managing incoming communications, and ensuring the facility is secure and operational.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and digital documents to maintain an efficient records management system.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for office supplies and perform periodic audits to prevent shortages.
- Communication Support: Assist in responding to email inquiries and routing internal messages to the appropriate departments during the shift.
- Reporting: Generate daily reports on data entry metrics and operational status for the morning shift management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or an office assistant role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Speed & Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45-60 WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and correct errors immediately.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
