- Accurately input and update company data into internal databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Salesforce).
- Perform routine data verification and error-checking to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and supply tracking.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email during night hours and route urgent messages.
- Prepare nightly reports and summary documents for the morning shift team.
- Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or general office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
