Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Handle night courier logistics and coordinate inter-departmental communication.
- Ensure the office remains secure and well-maintained during the night shift.

Qualifications
