- Process daily invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Prepare confidential reports and correspondence using MS Office Suite
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Oversee facility security protocols and access control systems
- Support cross-departmental projects with accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
