Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all digital records are up-to-date.
- Answer incoming phone lines professionally, screen calls, and route messages to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and emails during business hours.
- Monitor security systems and perform routine facility checks to ensure safety protocols are met.
- Update and maintain customer databases and filing systems with 100% data integrity.
- Assist with light inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support (minimum 1 year).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as filing.
