Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings for the weekend staff.
- Prepare internal reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in all records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
