Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain critical business data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Manage digital document archiving and retrieval systems
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Perform quality assurance checks on all data entries
- Support invoice processing and vendor communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
