Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring critical inquiries are addressed immediately.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records for the department.
- Schedule and coordinate evening appointments and internal meetings using calendar management software.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with strict attention to detail and compliance.
- Monitor office security, facility operations, and inventory levels during non-business hours.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly reports and summary documents for the day shift leadership.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 5 PM - 1 AM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
