Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all administrative functions during night shift, including correspondence management, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless 24/7 functionality
- Process and distribute incoming communications, prioritize urgent matters, and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Support data management tasks including data entry, report generation, and confidential file maintenance
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for cross-departmental night shift operations
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency communications and after-hours vendor coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes for new night shift team members and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, with night shift or flexible scheduling background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards

- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification required
