Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process high volumes of data into company databases and CRM systems using Excel and proprietary software.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all data entries to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and audit trails.
- Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone during night hours, providing timely and professional support.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of nightly reports to the management team.
- Manage inventory logs and supply tracking for the night shift operations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transitions and information continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and be willing to adhere to a fixed schedule.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and correct them efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
