Responsibilities
- Manage nightly administrative operations including data entry, record-keeping, and document processing
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and task handovers between day and night shifts
- Provide real-time support for urgent requests during night hours using digital communication platforms
- Prepare daily reports, analytics, and operational summaries for leadership review
- Maintain confidential files, compliance documentation, and digital archives
- Optimize office workflows during low-traffic periods to enhance efficiency
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in night shift or flexible schedule roles
