Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence with precision
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics, including inventory management and supply procurement
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support HR functions including benefits administration and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and occasional weekends
