Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, route calls, and handle client inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain executive appointment systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and manage office supply inventory
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and correspondence
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and record-keeping tasks
- Support weekend staff with administrative needs and office logistics
- Manage office equipment maintenance and coordinate vendor services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in office environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
