- Process payroll and expense reports for overnight operations
- Support emergency response protocols and after-hours incident management
- Prepare daily operational briefings for day-shift handover
- Coordinate office logistics for overnight staff (supplies, facilities, security)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills under pressure
- Professional written/verbal communication for global stakeholder interactions
- Experience with SAP or enterprise resource planning systems
