- Procure office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain facility readiness for next-day operations
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with proven night shift or flexible scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
