- Coordinate calendar management and meeting logistics for executive team across time zones
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital databases with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process payroll, expense reports, and invoices with precision and timeliness
- Serve as primary point of contact for emergency after-hours client and vendor communications
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and supply inventory during shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support or office management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
