- Process high-volume confidential documents with precision and discretion
- Oversee after-hours communications including emails, calls, and urgent requests
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain digital filing systems
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for international clients during overnight hours
- Monitor building security protocols and vendor access procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in corporate or high-volume setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
