Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor invoices with precision
- Prepare confidential reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle multi-line phone systems and prioritize urgent communications
- Oversee office inventory management and supply procurement
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and deadlines

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years in office administration or executive support
