Responsibilities
- Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, chat) during overnight hours with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executive teams
- Process high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy across critical business systems
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with strict attention to detail
- Oversee office inventory management and supply chain coordination for 24-hour operations
- Act as primary overnight liaison between international teams and headquarters
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with proven night shift or 24/7 environment background
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with diplomatic conflict resolution abilities
