Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and digital platforms during night shift hours
- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executive team
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for after-hours emergencies and vendor communications
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support HR functions including onboarding and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience with night shift preference
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of office equipment maintenance
