Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings across time zones
- Process confidential documents with 100% accuracy and strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Coordinate international logistics and travel arrangements for global teams
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Prepare comprehensive reports using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency after-hours communications
- Implement digital filing systems ensuring HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Train incoming staff on night shift protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in high-volume environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional certification in Administrative Management (CAP/CMAP) preferred
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with proven crisis management skills
