- Process confidential documentation including HR records and financial reports
- Oversee office supply inventory and equipment maintenance for 24/7 operations
- Support cross-departmental projects with precise data entry and reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for after-hours vendor and client communications
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero-tolerance for compliance errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance knowledge
